Syn Królowej Śniegu

The film's action takes place in two interweaving dimensions - realistic and poetic-fairytale. Seven-year-old Marcin (Maciej Bożek), thirsty for love and warmth, thanks to the retired writer Kazimierz (Franciszek Pieczka), escapes to the land of fictional heroes of Hans Christian Andersen. There, separated by a screen of fantasy from reality, in which for various reasons he can not find himself, he feels safe. His twenty-something-year-old mother, Anna (Michalina Olszańska), brings him up alone, barely making ends meet. In order to have money for renting a room with Zofia (Anna Seniuk) and living, she works on two jobs. In struggling with the prose of everyday life, under the pressure of the surroundings, he does not see what is most important in life. When he meets Kamil (Rafał Fudała), there will be hope for a better tomorrow. Only if Anna, who is trying to please the full temptation of contemporary reality, will she choose the right way? Sometimes we are lost so much that we make mistakes that can not be fixed.
